IndustryOS has acquired Minefox, the digital mine operations suite for planning, execution and KPI tracking. Minefox joins the IndustryOS product family alongside Safecrete and Safewall, extending the platform from field sensing into day-to-day mine operations.
Minefox replaces spreadsheets, whiteboards and verbal handovers with structured workflows that span planning through execution to performance analysis. Its three modules, FoxPlan, FoxOps and FoxMetrics, form a closed loop where every plan, task, delay and result is captured, connected and available for review.
Bringing Minefox into IndustryOS means mine planning, short interval control and KPI reporting run on the same data layer as machine telemetry and field sensing. Plans flow down from management to supervisors to crews, and execution data flows back up from the face to the control room, so the plan, the shift and the numbers stay in agreement.
Minefox will continue to be developed and supported as part of IndustryOS, with the same focus on structured data capture at the point of execution that makes continuous improvement possible.

Safecrete, an IndustryOS product, and Sika have reached a commercial framework agreement, a milestone toward the global commercialisation of real-time shotcrete cure monitoring. The agreement sets the commercial foundation for bringing Safecrete's wireless maturity sensing to shotcrete operations at scale.
It builds on successful joint field trials, including early-age strength verification with Sika in real mine environments, and pairs Safecrete's in-lining sensing and analytics with Sika's global reach in shotcrete and construction chemicals.
Safecrete embeds single-use wireless sensors into sprayed shotcrete during the normal spray cycle, tracking cure in real time. Crews re-enter tunnel linings and headings on measured strength rather than a fixed wait, calibrated against the batch mix, admixtures and accelerators used on site.
The agreement establishes how the two companies will work together commercially as Safecrete scales beyond its initial deployments. It is a step toward making measured, data-driven re-entry a standard part of shotcrete operations in mining and civil construction worldwide.

Quattro Project Engineering and Safecrete Technology announce a strategic partnership to develop and commercialise innovative IoT-enabled barricade wall systems for the underground mining industry.
The collaboration combines QPE's extensive engineering expertise with Safecrete's industrial IoT solutions to create real-time, data-driven monitoring capabilities that advance operational efficiency and safety in mining.
Field trials are scheduled for later this year at a hard rock mine in Western Australia, with plans for global commercialisation through QPE's existing customer base and market presence.
The companies are conducting comprehensive lab trials with field trials scheduled for later in 2025 at a hard rock mine in Western Australia. Safecrete will supply sensors, gateways, and software while QPE handles manufacturing, supply, and installation of physical infrastructure.
The partnership leverages Safecrete's innovative Safecrete Management System to provide real-time, condition-based monitoring of barricade wall systems. This integration enables data-driven decision-making and enhanced operational visibility.
Following successful trials and final commercial agreements, QPE will become a primary channel partner for commercial rollout, leveraging its existing customer base and market presence in the global mining backfill business.
As a testament to their collaboration, Safecrete and QPE will co-author a technical paper for the Paste Conference in Portugal in April 2026.
The paper will showcase trial outcomes and products to promote global industry adoption of smart barricade wall monitoring technology.
