It is the backbone of every shift, cascading tasks from plan to crew, capturing real-time delays and observations directly from the workforce, and driving structured handovers, meetings, and statutory reporting without a separate reporting burden.

Digital Handovers
Structured handover forms with mandatory fields ensure nothing is lost between shifts. Outgoing crews attach photos and annotations to provide context, and the incoming crew starts every shift fully informed of outstanding tasks, hazards, and equipment status.
Short Interval Control
Tasks cascade from the published plan directly to crew members in real time. Delays are captured at the point they occur, and supervisor intervention triggers fire automatically when progress drifts beyond configurable thresholds, enabling corrective action before small problems compound.
Meeting Facilitation
Purpose-built views for pre-start meetings, operational reviews, and safety briefings. Each meeting type surfaces the relevant data automatically, keeping discussions focused, documented, and actionable without manual preparation.
Statutory & Production Reporting
Compliance obligations and production data are captured during normal operations as crews complete tasks and log observations. Reports generate from data already in the system, eliminating the separate reporting burden that typically follows every shift.
IS Mobile Access
Certified intrinsically safe Android devices allow crews to receive tasks, log observations, capture hazards, and record delays directly from the face. Offline operation ensures full functionality in areas with no network coverage, with data synchronising automatically when connectivity is restored.
Full Audit Trail
Every handover, decision, task completion, and delay is logged with timestamps and authorship. The record is immutable, supporting compliance requirements, incident investigations, and continuous improvement reviews.
Cascade Model
FoxOps receives tasks, work orders, and KPI targets from FoxPlan. As crews execute the plan, execution data, delay reports, and statutory records flow back upstream, closing the loop between planning and performance.
