Real-time variance tracking shows how execution compares to the published plan as the shift progresses. Early warning indicators surface deviations before they cascade, giving planners the information they need to make mid-shift adjustments and keep the operation on track.
Multi-Horizon Planning
Weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans sit alongside daily shift schedules within the same environment. Targets roll up seamlessly from shift level to strategic horizon, and full plan versioning ensures every change is recorded and auditable.
Browser & Mobile
Planners build and manage schedules through the browser application. Operators and supervisors access their assigned tasks on IS-certified mobile devices underground, with offline resilience ensuring plans remain available in areas with intermittent connectivity.
Cascade Model
FoxPlan pushes tasks, work orders, and KPI targets downstream to FoxOps. As crews execute the plan, execution data and delay reports flow back upstream, giving planners continuous visibility into what was achieved against what was scheduled and informing the next planning cycle.
